    Frequently Asked Questions

    Complimentary Client Review FAQ

    1. What is a Complimentary Client Review?

A Complimentary Client Review is a free, no-obligation session where we take a holistic look at your business and financial situation. We aim to identify strengths, risks, and opportunities you might not currently see. The goal is to give you insight and direction, regardless of whether you decide to engage us further.

    2. What will you review during the session?

During the review, we typically examine:

Your current business model, structure, and growth aspirations

    Financial performance and key metrics

    Cash flow and capital pressures

    Systems, processes, and organisational health

    Risks or inefficiencies

Strategic opportunities or areas for improvement

At the end, we’ll share observations, possible quick wins, and suggestions for next steps.

    3. Who is this review for? Am I eligible?

This review is designed for existing or prospective clients who want fresh insight into their business. It’s especially useful if:

You feel stuck or uncertain about your next moves

You’ve reached a plateau in performance

You’re considering change, growth, or structural shifts

You want an external perspective without commitment

    4. Is there any cost or obligation?

    No. The key features are:

    It’s complimentary (free of charge)

There’s no obligation to engage further

It’s a “what-you-see-is-what-you-get” review — you receive our candid feedback whether or not you continue with us

    5. How long does the review take?

The session itself typically lasts around 60 minutes (or a time agreed upon). Preparation or follow-up may add a little extra time, depending on how much background data you share.

    6. Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?

Yes — to make the session as insightful as possible, it helps if you provide:

Recent financial statements or performance summaries

Key metrics (e.g. revenues, margins, expense breakdowns)

Background on your business goals, challenges, or opportunities

Any specific areas you’d like us to focus on or questions you have

We’ll send you a short pre-session questionnaire or checklist to guide preparation.

    7. What will I walk away with?

By the end of the review, you should receive:

A summary of our observations (strengths, risks, gaps)

Some practical, actionable suggestions or quick wins

    Strategic ideas to explore further

Guidance on whether further engagement (e.g. planning, advisory, review) would be beneficial

    8. How often should I do a Client Review?

That depends on how fast your business is evolving. Many clients find value in doing a review at key points such as:

    Yearly or semi-annually

Before major decisions (growth, restructuring, investment)

When performance is flat or slipping

    After market or regulatory changes

    9. Can you help me implement the ideas from the review?

Absolutely. While the Complimentary Client Review is a diagnostic session, we can also support you afterward — whether that’s executing quick wins, formalising a strategy, helping restructure, or providing ongoing advisory.

    10. How do I book my Complimentary Client Review?

You can request one via the “Talk to an Expert” form on the page. We’ll get in touch to schedule a suitable time and send you the preparation materials.
